Tuntiva is a time tracking and worksite management app for construction companies. Workers record shifts on their phones, supervisors review and approve hours in the browser, and approved hours are exported as reports for payroll.

## A few more questions?

### Does every worker need an email address?

Workers can log in with a worker code from their employer. Email login is not the only option.

### Does the employer need to install software?

No. The employer web app runs in your browser at app.tuntiva.com.

### What happens without an internet connection?

The mobile app saves time entries locally and syncs them when the connection returns. Check the sync status before reporting.

### Can incorrect hours be corrected?

Yes. Entries can be corrected according to permissions and approval status. A supervisor reviews the hours before approving them.

### Can my accountant have their own access?

Yes. An accountant can have a separate role and access to the reports they need.

### Can I work with several companies and sites?

Yes. Tuntiva supports multiple company workspaces and sites. Access is assigned separately for each company.

### Does Tuntiva submit tax declarations?

Not automatically. Tuntiva helps assemble the data. Check it and file the declaration in MyTax or Ilmoitin.fi.

### How do I get started?

Open Tuntiva, sign in and create your company workspace. Add sites and workers. Workers can join with a code from their employer.
